We're constantly bombarded with digital filters, curated feeds, and societal pressures to fit a certain mold. Who created all the social rules? They aren't really real. They're social constructs that don't necessarily make sense to everyone.


Authenticity has become a sought-after rarity. Embracing authenticity and being our true selves in all their messy, imperfect glory requires courage, and there's no courage without vulnerability. Embracing courage through vulnerability opens up the opportunity to be your authentic self and connect with others.
